Each of our contracts have appointed contract managers and are offered 24 hour support. These contract managers help to effectively build strong and successful working relationships with our clients.
We always endeavour to try and provide additional services to help with any issues that may arise. Whether this is helping to clear a leak by sourcing dehumidifiers and cleaning carpets, or finding contractors to carry out repairs, we are always on hand to help.
We have a large portfolio of office blocks and blocks of flats where we provide common way cleaning. We have a sign-in system, where sheets are filled out when duties are completed, and have a specific section to bring attention to any issues such as light bulbs that need changing or minor repairs.
Bespoke cleaning specifications and plans are produced following a meeting with the practice manager, ensuring that all aspects of the general building cleaning are either the responsibility of Uniclean or the in house cleaning team.
Our staff are trained in infection control, and our supervisors monitor the cleaning team to make sure our high expectations are met.
Regular reviews of cleaning processes can be set up between Uniclean and the practice manager, and audit check sheets will be produced for the practice manager as part of their cleaning records.
Full cleaning specifications and check sheets are produced along with certification for any periodic duties undertaken.
